Probably one of the best smoothies I have ever made is the one that you see there in the photo below. I've made many smoothies before but this one just made my insides soar!
This smoothie helps me feel alive and awake, it's a great meal to have, especially because it is fresh and doesn't make me feel heavy or bloated like other breakfasts do. This recipe tends to be my go to in the
mornings when I'm running late or even when I want something
healthy and tasty!
~ 2 large handfuls of kale
~ 1 1/2 cups almond coconut milk
~ Handful of cacao nibs
~ 1 date
~ 8 drops stevia
~ Handful of frozen blueberries
~ 2 handfuls of frozen peaches
Measure out and then put in the liquids and kale first, blend it up until there are no more chunks. Then pour the rest of the ingredients and blend for about 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes until it is smooth. Enjoy!
