So these three recipes are here to help with making sort of a mini meal prep/ideas for sides on for meal or a snack to make for yourself or your family! These food ideas are healthy, easy, and the ingredients are so minimal you wouldn’t expect for it to taste so good! I hope you guys enjoy them! In case you didn’t know, I actually also have a video on these recipes if you would rather watch how I make them! Check it out below! {the crunch is real} Kale Chips Level: fast & easy Prep time: 5 min. Cook time: 6-7 min. ~ 1/2 or whole bag of kale ~ 2 tablespoons olive oil ~ sea salt (as much as desired) ~sesame seeds (as much as desired) Set oven to broil at 400 degrees. Depending on how much you want to eat, pour out your desired amount into a bowl (reminder: kale shrinks). Remove the stems because they are not tasty and tend to be chewy. Next, drizzle on some olive oil, the amount varies depending on the amount of kale that you use. If you use too much oil, it can become soggy and burn. Add the salt and sesame seeds, mix thoroughly with your hands and pour contents onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Set it to broil for 6-6 1/2 minutes, enjoy! {super juicy} Spinach & Grape Tomatoes Level: medium & easy Prep time: 5 min. Cook time: 10-15 min. ~ 1 container grape tomatoes ~ cooking oil (your choice for type and amount) ~ 1/2 bag of spinach ~ garlic & onion powder (as much as desired) ~ sea salt (as much as desired) ~ 1 tsp. Minced garlic So you’re going to take your grape tomatoes and wash them because nobody wants dirt, germs or pesticide infested veggies. Then you’re going to cut them up into halves, turn the stove top onto medium heat, pour your olive oil, drop in your spinach, sea salt, minced garlic and tomatoes. To help bring out the juices of the tomatoes, squish them a bit with whatever cooking tool you’re using. Cook evenly until the spinach and tomatoes are well blended together and you’re done! {a snack to die for} Roasted Cauliflower Level: medium & simple Prep time: 15 min. Cook time: 27 min. ~ 1 head of cauliflower ~ 2 tbls. oive oil ~ 1 tbls.cumin ~ 2 tsp. curry power ~ 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper ~ 1/4 tsp. sea salt Set your oven for 375 degrees. Next, in a small bowl combine the rest of the dry and wet ingredients together and when done mixing, drizzle them all over the cauliflower and mix them until every piece of the cauliflower is coated with the wet mixture. Pour them evenly onto the pan and then bake them for 27 min, and you’re good to go! Bon appetite! Let me know if you guys try these out!
